She applies her extensive business experience, (management, start-up and customer relations), in servicing her customers and clients. She consistently receives excellent ratings and accolades at the same time being a top producer. She has served with distinction in numerous leadership positions, including President, Eufaula Board of REALTORS®, and received the “Good Citizenship Award” from The Eufaula Tribune.
Tracey has extensive customer service and management experience, serving as Office & Rental Manager since 2004. She is proficient in Rental Management, including bookkeeping, escrow accounts, property management system, vendor & contractor coordination, property-owner and tenant relations. She currently manages approximately 100 rental properties, residential and commercial.
